At Maison by TASJO, every piece is crafted and packaged with intention, elegance, and care. To keep your shopping experience smooth and transparent, please review our policies below.


SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, or sooner depending on item availability and order volume.

A valid email address and phone number are required for all shipments. Missing contact details may delay your order. If we experience any unexpected delays or stock issues, we will contact you promptly.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

We ship throughout the United States.

Standard delivery typically takes:

  • 3–7 business days after dispatch (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)
    Delivery time may vary based on your state and carrier conditions.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through trusted carriers such as DHL.

International delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

Some international shipments may be sent on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis.
This means customs fees, import duties, and taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

If a customer refuses delivery or is unreachable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to Maison by TASJO. Any return fees, customs charges, or re-shipping costs will be billed to the customer.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Maison by TASJO does not offer refunds, except in cases involving damaged merchandise.

Exchanges

If your item does not fit:

Exchange policy applies to full-price items only.

  • Sale items are final sale

  • Custom-size or custom-measurement items cannot be exchanged or returned

  • We do not offer refunds for sizing issues

If your size is unavailable, we will recommend alternatives or issue a store credit valid for 6 months.

Return Requirements for Exchanges

Exchange items must be shipped back within 7 business days from the date you received your order.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free of makeup, oils, perfume, or wear marks

  • In perfect condition with original tags and packaging

Items that show signs of wear or damage will be returned to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL and keeping proof of shipment.

Maison by TASJO does not offer alterations. In special cases, we may assist with alterations for an additional fee if approved by our production team.


DAMAGED ITEMS

We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item:

  • Email sales@maisonbytasjo.com within 2 business days of delivery

  • Include your order number, a brief description, and photos of the damage

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Notify you of receipt

  • Provide a dispatch date for your replacement

Replacement shipping is free.

If the item is out of stock, you will receive either a refund or a store credit valid for 6 months.


SALE ITEMS

During sale periods, order processing may extend to 10–21 business days due to high volume.

All sale items are:

  • Final sale

  • Not eligible for return, exchange, or alteration


CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. All sales are final.


STORE CREDIT

If an exchange cannot be completed due to stock limitations, Maison by TASJO will issue a store credit.

Store credit:

  • Can be used online or in-store

  • Is non-transferable

  • Cannot be purchased separately

  • May be applied toward gift cards (if available)

  • Requires an additional payment method if purchase exceeds credit balance
